SHIPPING POLICY

All payments are processed securely on our website and all orders are required to be paid in full including shipping and applicable sales tax, before being processed.

Order processing time is one business day.  Shipping is through the USPS.  A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Please contact us immediately, if your package is not received by the scheduled delivery date or is damaged upon arrival. Please note that delivery transit times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note due to potential delays & to keep the integrity of our products, body butter, and hair butter will ship out USPS priority mail on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only (excluding holidays).

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Notify us within 14 days after receipt to receive an RMA number

  • Due to the fact that our products are made to order and are for personal use, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products were damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.

  • If the customer wants to return items for the following reasons changed mind, no longer want, etc. the buyer pays the return shipping cost

  • The returned items must be received within 7 days after the RMA number/ label is provided

  • Once the return is received it will be processed and issued either a full, partial, or no refund.

  • Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • NO RETURNS FOR GIFT CARDS
